TASTING NOTES:

Young red wine name: “Gravisca”.

Grapes: Sangiovese 100%.

The wine is well aromatic, with lifted cherry alongside the typical savory aromas of thyme, rosemary and aniseed. Medium bodied, shows a bright acidity and through the palate, the result is a fine acid structure and nicely drying tannins without being aggressive. Simple style, well balanced and good value for money. This is a very versatile wine, perfect for simple meats as a sirloin steak, Grilled or Roast Pork and Lamb, Calves Liver, but also perfect with Cannelloni and Lasagne. Great for your everyday pasta or pizza.

Alcoholic strength: 12% by volume.

Suggested glass: large balon for red wine. Serving temperature: 17 – 18 °C.

Storage: in a dry and cool place, at a temperature between 8 and 12 °C.

Ageing potential: 1 – 2 years.
